I got 9 in listening with an overall band of 8.
Here are some tips I'd recommend
1. Read for understanding and not to find the words that match the audio.
2. Discover types of questions you feel are relatively tough for me it was MCQ type, try different strategies to tackle them, try 100 one of them would work, and then bingo all of them will be right thereafter
3. Now that you've found what works the best. STAY CALM.
p.s: from personal experience on the test day keep your mind as cluster-free as possible.
