Burgers/Sandwiches depends on where you are from, here in Australia anything that's cooked and on a round bun/roll is a burger, uncooked deli meat, salad type stuff is a sandwich. Hope that makes sense

In Australia anything with a bun is called a burger, if it's from a loaf of bread, it's a sandwich. I'd hate to see you try the KFC menu here in Australia, if you got one of everything on our menu, you might not even finish half after the same amount of time on this one! Sadly the quality of the menu suffers because of this :(
