Original chicken nowadays is just sad. Used to be bloody good growing up, lots of flavour, juicy. Now it's just soggy, oily, mostly just dry, barely any flavour apart from the coating. Quite a joke, probably a whole bunch of corner cutting to save money and I get it. Corporate greed and inflation always ruins a good thing.

idk why i love the original more, there's something about the skin not being crispy, it's just so good i get excited every time. the crispy one is tasty as well, I've tried it onced and i really liked it, but nothing beats the original one

in Malaysia the spicy variant is the crispy 1..based on my experience after almost a year of working there, i can say original is much more flavourful.. but kinda take times and alot of procedure to make.. the reason why original is soo much better but yet customer will usually gonna wait because it cant be kept for long period of time unlike spicy 1..spicy are for crispier, cruncy lover
