Cut Perfect Circles and holes in Foam without effort

here i used a steel tube to sharpen the edges with a dremel tool, from there you can cut perfect circles using foam and other soft applications. to sharpen the steel tubing it will take some time as steel is a hard metal, some people use copper tubing, but i find copper to loose its edge quickly due to the soft nature of the metal.
