This video was really helpful. I like that you used the jigsaw and then used the table itself as a template. Love it! I just subscribed. Thanks!

Female in woodworking here. Gotta say, I just enjoy your videos thoroughly. Got into woodworking through my dad and maternal grandfather, but I’ve learned so much from the content you post, and the humor and attitude you have…your narration is endlessly entertaining.

This was exactly what I was looking for! Even with your goofy persona, you were able to include all of these useful nuggets of information that I think are gray and not seen anywhere else.

You always crack me up. Thanks for making my day lighter.. Btw. Love the way you rolled out our perfect circle at the end.

Its amazing that some of the simplest ideas, really are genius. Not only is the jigsaw/flush trim bit a smarter idea, its really safer so you don't have large chunks of table falling down if you use the initial router all the way through. I love your videos my friend.

*I absolutely love this tool!!! The first one was defective and Dewalt replaced **MyBest.Tools** More bulky than the Bosch and Makita corded palm routers I have but worth it. Nice solid base*

Brilliant video and a great idea regarding cutting circle out bigger than size required with jigsaw, then using router to finish off. Love watching your videos. Great tips and tricks. Keep up the good work.👍👌

Damn, I just discovered how to cut a perfect circle for the nesting of the Kamado Joe II outdoor grilling station. On back order for 6 weeks. So I should have plenty of time to make it, if that pesky bottle of Evan Williams stays on the shelf. Thanks!

Fantastic intro! Also that oscillating bench sander is a thing of beauty.

Thank you for showing that flush cut method at work, I was thinking of doing that myself as only my flush cut bit is designed to work with my 1.5" birch

No wonder I can't find any of these at big box stores either, they're too simple to just build XD

5:10 I was thinking of doing one pass with the circle jig and then use a jigsaw to cut the rest. Boy was I wrong. You must have an amazing blade that's super sharp. And not nearly as thick as what I was dealing with. There was no way I was gonna cut through 3 inches of wood. 1 layer of 3/4" MDF and 4 layers of 2 different kinds of plywood. I just wish my spiral bit I bought was 2 or 3 inches long instead of only 1. As I could only cut 2 layers at a time. Plus NOT going the jigsaw route I didn't have to set up my router with a flush trim bit.
