You've pretty much rebuilt that Hobbit now.   What's left for it?

You could have stepped up your gear ratio simply by installing a slightly smaller pulley on the gearbox, then you could have kept your far more efficient helical gears in the rear end. Square cut gears rob power, that is why they take the extra time to make helical gears. I knew that thing had to be souped up after watching your ride down to the ocean video. That thing was cruising when you hit the highway! Thought ya made a custom tuned pipe, ported it and slapped on a larger carb, looked like you were doing 50MPH...lol

Instead of buying new liners you could have made them out of the old inner tubes.
