Wow, Greg's model is like seeing with xray vision into the black box of my psyche and being! Colour me grateful. Blessings to all three of you... <3

As a construction worker I would say that this structure you and interlocutor's are building and have been building for the last 3 years will be able to withstand some very strong and possibly landscape changing winds, thank you so much Gregg, Garri, and John for allowing us to follow it's evolution.

Peace

27:30 "I wanted all these different notes to sing (resonate), like as part of an orchestra, that's what I was after, instead what I was getting was a lot of noise" - Beautifully articulated. Thank you.

Gregg nailed it. The theory sounds rock solid. Next step seems should be a test case within the framework.

Love how y'all lay out the plan for the episode at the start. Big vibe

Doshin Roshi has overlaid the chakras with the quadrants and developmental levels in Ken Wilbur’s model. Greg might enjoy talking with him about it. They might also enjoy talking about whether spiritual awakening is on the same line of development as personal development or whether they are on parallel paths as Doshin/Wilbur contend. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic episode. Very exciting to see how it all comes together, with a few "Wow..." moments as Gregg showed the slide overlays that integrate the systems and their descriptive models. Even more exciting is the thought that its time has come as a sensical framework. Many thanks.

I really appreciated and enjoyed Gregg's unfolding of his model of the mind.

What arose for me from this episode was again to come back to the definition of psyche: Soul, Mind and Spirit.
It is a trinity. ( Holy Trinity ?)
In the modern world we tend to only focus on the mind, and 'split off' soul and Spirit, i.e. a tendency to 'part object relate' (left hemisphere)
During this episode the transpersonal was mentioned a few times, and there was an urge in me to place C.G.Jung on the top of Greggs stack (31:16, 34:45 ) to bridge (transjectively?) through soul to Spirit. What came to mind was the last two chapters of Jung's 'Modern Man in Search of a Soul' (1933) and also the work of A.Hameed Ali (A.H.Almaas) and his Diamond Approach.

Feel core animal tendencies can be taken back further

but on a serious note there is really a lot to unpack there even for a field specialist

I am really thrilled and trembling with excitement to watch this progress and how is-ought is melting away. I tend to evaluate things by how useful they are, particularly for me, and I have to say that I am heavily missing this normative frame, and I don't mean a dogma, I mean what the adaptive picture is, how the system should work, so that it is somehow digestable. Because somehow loading this schema into my head also affects my overall experience, regulation, emotions, whatever. It feels like putting myself in these shoes just feeds back into the whole stack and gets it unstuck a bit. I love this experiential process and I love your work. I am also going to backtrack to other series you did, John, particularly with Gregg (not that Gerri is not great).

BTW I recently encountered the Semantic Pointers Architecture. Is that something that can be integrated for some added value? Competition between semantic pointers sounds very much like how relevance realization could be implemented... This is more like a technical detail relatively to the level of discussion and I am not pushing anything, but I never noticed you mentioning SPA, John. Thanks.

Also being high on O, N, average/low E -> living online, which is unlimited safe space. Yummy 😅

What did Greg mean towards the end when he says that capitalistic structures (money, fame, power) won't be seen, heard and valued even if attained? They are empty calories in that other people respond to these attainments superficially?
