Aftermath of attacks on Ukrainian city Kharkiv and Russian city Belgorod

Russia has launched fresh airstrikes on Ukraine's biggest cities, officials have said.

The strike took place hours after Moscow accused Kyiv of shelling the Russian border city of Belgorod, killing at least 24 people.

Video and photos have emerged showing the aftermath of the attacks.

The difference between these two strikes is that
Ukraine 🇺🇦 is striking in a broad day light when there are a lot of people on the street. ( more civilians death).
Russia is striking on the night where people aren't on the streets (less civilians death).
