Footage purports to show aftermath of Russian strike in Vinnytsia, Ukraine

Volodymyr Zelenskiy has posted a video clip on Telegram purporting to show the aftermath of a Russian strike in Vinnytsia, central Ukraine. Smoke can be seen rising from buildings as debris litters the roads and emergency services rush to the scene.

The video was accompanied by a message from the Ukrainian president saying: 'Every day, Russia destroys the civilian population, kills Ukrainian children, directs rockets at civilian objects. What is this, if not an open act of terrorism? Inhumans. A killer country. A terrorist country'

I like how Europeans or Americans permanently talk about energy or about high oil prices. In Ukraine people have different problems. A mother can't play with her child in centre of her city because of sirens, because Ukraine hasn't enough AA weapon. As a result mother has no leg and her child is dead now.
