A strike on Dnipro, Ukraine, killed a 31-year-old woman and her 2-year-old daughter, according to regional Governor Serhii Lysak. Four other people were wounded.

Emergency workers were seen tackling fires caused by the attack, which struck a house and a business property.

It was among more than 20 cruise missiles and two drones fired by Russia at Ukraine early Friday.
