You need to turn in your fancy chef jacket. The bottled lemon juice and tartar sauce were the last straw for me.

I deep fry this stuff with Louisiana Fish Fry and it’s amazing

So glad you addressed the metal fork on non-stick...I was about to yell until you acknowledged it haha.

Watching your process was great! We are cooking the same Costco fish for dinner! Thank you!

Add the butter when the fish is almost cooked. It shouldn’t burn

I always thaw it in fresh cold water with a little sea salt in it. It really gets rid of any bad flavors.

Damn, everyone in the comments is ruthless. Yeah, there's some mistakes and things that could've been done better, but I think the video was still entertaining and informative.

What are you preheating that oven for?

What are the ingredients in those blends you used?
Can’t jet off to Hawaii today to get some, so I have to DIY.
I’m fixing to prepare some of this very thing tonight, and I haven’t ever done it before.
Yellowfin has been my latest favorite with salmon being the general fave fish.
Basic S and P are a given, but when I last attempted Chilean Sea Bass I wasn’t pleased at all, I winged it and guessed on possibly the worst options.

I just cooked me up some rice (in my tiger rice cooker (from costco) came out perfect!
Pan fried a fillet of Kirkland Mahi-Mahi in the same fashion as you did except I used avocado oil and butter.
It was excellent!!! Thank you!

Wonder what is in these Hawaiian spices. And what to put on fish if I don't have them?

So, I'm always torn about cooking with garlic like you did. I feel like it's always burned by the time I'm finished cooking. How do you avoid burning it in med-high? Thanks! 😊

You burned the garlic - should have used whole crushed garlic, extracted the flavor, removed the browned garlic, cooked the fish until flaky - the middle was still raw. This is not acceptable since the fish was frozen.
