Seasoning: Hardcore Carnivore: Red

Lemon Cream Sauce

1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
1-2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
1 Grated Garlic Clove
1 Tbsp Dried Chopped Chives
1 Tbsp Chili Flake
Pinch of sugar (Optional)
S&P

Bring lemon juice to simmer, reduce heat to low, add butter, cream, and seasoning while continuing to stir.
Taste and add more butter/seasoning as desired. The butter or sugar will help balance the acidic taste.

On the mahi I only put coarse salt and a few drops of lemon. Then I pan seared and basted them with thyme and butter. On the sauce I started with boiling white wine lots of garlic butter and coconut milk to taste. Added pepper flakes, salt pepper and half a lemon. Amazing.

Just know eating lemon butter mahi mahi with esparagus and this recipe looks so much better than the one I just did 😭😅

Oh hell NO to the amount of lemon juice mentioned in the recipe. It made it so sour to the extent of unedible. The rest of the ingredients are fine but watch out for the lemon quantity
