My version of Pork Lechon Belly stuffed with herbs, rolled and slow-roasted in the oven to crispy perfection. These pork lechon belly style makes a delicious and impressive addition to any special occasions or family gathering. I hope you give this recipe a try.

INGREDIENTS :

- 3kg pork belly slabs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- ground black pepper, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
- 1 medium size onion, chopped
- 1 to 2 stalk of lemon grass ( tanglad )
- 3 stalks green onion or onion leeks
- kitchen twine
- soy sauce
