The Best SHEPHERD'S PIE Recipe!!! | Tito's Kitchen #19

Shepherd's Pie ingredients:

2-3 lbs potatoes
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
½ cup cream or milk
2 egg yolks

4 tbsp avocado oil
2 lbs ground beef (90/10)
12 oz thinly sliced mushrooms
1 large onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp rosemary & thyme (each)
12 oz frozen peas and carrots
1 cup red wine
1 cup chicken stock
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp AP Flour
2 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Look, I'm not trying to be a hater or nothing. But as a brit, a part of me cringes when cottage pie is called shepherd's pie, a proper shepherds pie has lamb, not beef. That being said, bloody cracking pie the egg yokes in the mash potatoes is brilliant, and i can't believe i haven't seen it before. Keep up the amazing work.
