Three Methods to Find Limiting and Excess Reagents

Показать описание
The previous video introduced you to the concept of stoichiometry. Now that you know what it is and how to use it, it is time to apply the idea to finding limiting and excess reagents. In this video I propose three methods for finding them and one of them does not use the stoichiometry grid at all.

Balancing Equations (for problem 1)
Balancing Equations (for problem 2)
Calculating Formula Mass (for both problems)
Stoichiometry can be the bane of many a first-year chemistry student. In this four-part series, I begin by introducing an equation-like grid which, if you know how to use it, will make quick work of mass-mass stoichiometry problems.
