I couldn't help but notice that your knees hiperextend. Mine do that as well but my teacher always yells at me and forces me to fake a natural "normal" extention. Anyway, I'm pretty sure you are doing it correctly so now I am quite confused. Is it right or wrong or what am I missing 😓 I mean I suppose in first it can really look odd, but is it permissible?
