Great video for someone who is new to Quickbooks.
Question, when assigning transactions to categories is it possible to have sub categories for a more detailed breakdown or create your own? For example, for van expenses ideally I'd like to have a breakdown on report on how much is spent on fuel, garage repairs, insurance etc rather being clumped into one.

Problems linking Lloyd's bank spent 1 hour on phone to bank and 2 hours talking to quickbooks support. Ive had to manually input bank statements. Customer service helped with this but wasnt happy with the manual upload. Im optimistic and im using the quickbooks sole trader

What type of clients would you use this for. Could this be used to produce mtd itsa. From Clint directors to pull director info from their ltd qbo file in to sole trader to produce mtd itsa filing

Ive set up QB sole trader for a client, but cant find out how to invite the client as a user, so he can do his incoices.
Am i missing something?
