this is literally an addiction of mine. i eat this at least three times a week.

i do it the exact same way, but add some MSG and garnish it with korean pear as well. with a side of yellow pickled radish.

Just made this and it is absolutely delicious!!! I added some julienned cucumber to the kimchi mix and then garnished with cucumber and spring onion. Unfortunately no sesame seeds, but still very tasty 😋 ❤

The Noodles are called SOMA noodles... angel Hai pasta will work just fine altho slightly different.
