Me personally, butter, garlic, thyme, onion, on the inside. Season with salt n pepper then stuff with lemon and put three lemon pieces on top then place in oven at 375 until cooked

When i go fishing i catch one for my dog and cook his trout without seasoning. He loves to go fishing and gets excited when i cook fish. Man's best friends gotta eat good too

Small tip, use regular olive oil when cooking. Extra virgin has more flavor and is better for things like dressings.

Excellent. I wrap my trout in parchment paper with the butter and seasoning inside then oven cook so that you get all of the fish juices.

That looks absolutely delicious and you are definitely correct when you cook it like that the bones will come right out of the fish and I'm so happy that you cook the fish heads too that looked amazing as well and this recipe looks so delicious.
