Changing a Life: Part 1 Cameron's Story.

Cameron's story of transformation has been incredible it's inspirational.

Cameron struggles with mental health issues with anxiety being at the top. Watching him week by week open up and seeing his confidence shine has been amazing, in his own words he wouldn’t get out of bed on a daytime till mid-afternoon and he hadn’t done any physical exercise or activities in years so to see him taking part with confidence and strength is unbelievable.

From the beginning of the program Cameron couldn’t even give eye contact when he was talking to someone and now, he’s at the stage where he volunteers to do videos and speaks up in all the group discussions, he has shown great interest in getting into work and is excited for his future.

This has been a huge success for him overcoming his biggest challenges and fears and he has been a pleasure to be around every week.
