Can this be changed to an external hard drive to free up space and not to fry the C drive? Will the game be able to run if I install it on a external drive?

There id no steam library folder under downloads

For anyone who needs help finding it, you need to go to your steam setting like shown in the video, except instead of clicking on downloads you will click on storage. From there you will see your default drive at the top with a dropdown menu. expand the menu and there should be an "add" option to select a new drive, then you select whatever game is currently installed on steam (while still in storage tab) and move it to that new drive. Hope that helps anyone
