This looks really yummy! Just recently started loving avocados. I noticed the creamy texture in my sushi and wanted a recipe to try. Simple and easy! I will definitely be trying this. Thank you!

Oh that's such a good idea!!! I can see it being a substitute for mayo because it's so creamy!

Interesting! I've used lemon juice in a pinch but usually use lime if I have it. I think the acidity is the important part!

Yummy! Thanks for the recipe, guacamole one of my favorites. Lately I've been making huge amounts & spreading it on sandwiches, everything from turkey to roasted veggie sandwiches. Even my kids love that :-)

Hey Joanne! I am still making your guacamole. I didn't have tomatoes so I put in some medium salsa, and omitted the jalapeno -- it was amazing! My friends couldn't even tell. Just wanted to let you know about that cool shortcut! :)

lol I think there are many ways to do it, you just have to find the way you prefer. Some people use a spoon but I prefer the knife whacking!

Every grocery store should have it in the dairy section. Make sure to get heavy whipping cream and not light whipping cream.

lol kiwis are a bit tougher. Usually I have to go by softness...and sometimes even if they're soft, they're not sweet. I think it depends on when they picked it!
