I always say a company pays you as much as you seem to be worth. If you are very competent and a huge positive influence for the company, they will pay you a lot more to make sure you stay in there than someone who just does the bare minimun of what they expect.

a.) this format works for me. Save yourself the time. I'm here for the content - NOT for the editing.
b.) The salaries are a LOT higher than what I was expecting. Is there any chance these numbers are off?

does not need to be heavily fancy edited, content and being informative matters the most
what i care to watch the most is data structure algorithm related content. Not just the basic concept, but solving interview questions, and hiring process.

I think a mixture of technical and general industry observations would be great to see. Also maybe even some workplace stories and lessons you've picked up during your career would be cool to see. I personally am a young engineer, just at the end of my degree and have done internships and gotten graduate offers, but this is in Australia which is totally different. Keen to hear more about the tech world that I'm going into.
