Take it with a grain of salt, its entry level to people working in IT. Work in roles that give you experience in the foundations first so that the doors open in security and other fields.

I transited into Tech last year as a frontend Dev, it's been a very difficult one, but I'm not ready to stop, I joined a start up company recently as a junior dev, most times I just feel I have Nothing in my head and I keep looking for more solutions

Great content and I think DeVops Engineers, Platform Engineers and SRE are the underdogs but well paid as well!

Go up to any of these and tell someone with 1-2 years of experience if they're 'in demand" and they'll laugh at you. If you've got 5-10 years of experience sure, you're in demand. If you have little experience you're basically treated like dog and unwanted. The story of tech.

Most of these aren't really "entry-level" jobs, and most will be hard to get into without a degree (and certifications in some cases, especially cybersecurity). There are some areas within cybersecurity that easier to break into than analyst (SOC analyst, etc) jobs, like GRC -- Governance, Risk, and Compliance -- because it's not _quite_ so technical, usually.

Is there something I can do in the tech field that doesn't require a degree and can hire somebody who's almost 50? I'm asking for too much, huh?
