This car is definitely one of the best cars Tesla makes. This and the Plaid are actually very good despite all the hate Tesla gets.

Just keep in mind that those sounds you miss, engine, exhaust, transmission shifting, those are all the sound of lost power not making it to the tires. Silence is power.

Test drove a Tesla Model 3 Standard a week ago and I was impressed by the power, quietness and the build quality. Unless I'm missing something, I saw no issues with the car I got to drive as far as quality of assembly or the materials used. The interface was more of a challenge than I was expecting but that just takes some getting used to. Good job, Tesla, and Thanks Miles.

I love my model 3 performance, I smile every time driving it. Real world driving it dust my past c63 and hellcat.
Installed coilovers and it handles like it’s on rails.

I also have a Model 3 with white seats and they do feel like marshmallows, but still the most ergonomically supportive seats I’ve experienced in a car.

People dont like the screen-tacked display of Tesla but honestly, I enjoy it and its one of the biggest reasons its better than any other car, You can watch a movie or video on the big display while charging or sitting or parking, which is amazing, in other cars you gotta add some aftermarket stuff and it's not that good, but it's built-in here, I love the long drives with my GF in it, We watch a Netflix while we eat our food in the car on a road trip or in middle of work, while we charge our tesla, we can keep our phones and laptop aside and enjoy that, the camp mode is fantastic, dog mode is great. And it gives it a unique feeling that I am in a Tesla not just some other car with a screen. It really is focused on Minimalism and it feels classy in its own right

Bottomline... the FACT is we're have ALWAYS heard the sound of an engine with cars, and sometimes the more the better. This TECH is just the evolution in cars and we have to get use to the quietness that we sometimes wanted riding in luxury cars. Or just get the sound added in the speakers. Personally I like the quietness and makes me focus more on the car, road, other cars etc etc.

Idc about the “road noise” I always play music at a decent volume in cars, with the teslas solid sound system, it’s fine

In Track mode, regents backing is far more aggressive. You can also use your voice to control just about everything in the car, so no need to touch the screen to change the temperature or fan speed. You can just say, “set temperature to 72” and/or “set fan to medium”. To launch the car, you do not need to have your foot on the brake. Just hover your foot over the accelerator and then smash your foot down.

Regen braking is definitely strong enough for one pedal driving. I’ve heard that it doesn’t work as well in cold temperatures so I’d be interested to hear what the weather was like in this video. Regen braking works best when you don’t just come completely off the pedal and instead slowly come off. I’ve found myself stopping way short and having to feather back on. It’s pretty strong in my experience

I totaled my Prius in October and After fighting dealers at Toyota for their 10k mark ups I gave up and switched to Tesla. I love the 3. At this point they are taking over due to other competitors not Wanting to make electric and being greedy about mark ups. So yeah… I’m done with other brands

I have the exact same car and I love it so much. Best and fastest and best handling car I have ever had! Not many cars on the road have better performance

Test drove the performance model yesterday. Really liked it. Going to order the 2024. Would like to see heads up display, apple car play. Looking forward to all upgrades, but not sure about loosing stalks.

It's a car you have to drive to really understand what the fuss is all about. It's completely different...feels heavy in some ways but planted; obvious due to the batteries underneath but it's an absolute blast to drive. The regen braking takes a bit to get used to but wow...

I love the quietness of my 2023 Chevy Bolt. Oh, for $10, 000 to $20, 000 less, my Bolt beat out the Tesla on a snowy mountain road endurance challenge.

You can just tap the range estimate on screen at any time to change it to a battery percentage instead. I've found the range is wildly overestimated for me, and just having it display a percentage is more consistent and useful to my drive.
