Love the channel. I just got my Model 3 Performance in blue a couple days ago. The car has been amazing and the speed is insane. I just wish we had a autobahn in Michigan 😂

I have the same 2024 M3P with 10, 000km on it now. I also have the basic autopilot. WRT your autopilot issues, from my experience the max speed does not automatically increase to a higher signed speed unless it has first decelerated with autopilot engaged because of a lower marked speed. Think driving through at town. 100kmh down to 60kmh and then increasing again to 100km on exit. Was the same on my previous M3 LR.
In Australia we have 3 Autopilot options. BasicAP(included)/EnhancedAP($5, 100)/Full Self-Driving capability($10, 100). If you were to pay for Enhanced AP you would get automatic lane change and overtaking without the AP dropping out. The best way I have found to overtake or lane change with basic AP engaged, is to start by pressing the accelerator pedal (so speed wont drop when AP disengages), then press the turn indicator (this tells the system to expect AP disconnect and reduces turn force on wheel required to override and disconnect AP), turn the wheel to lane change which kicks out the AP, then as soon as lane change is complete, tap once on AP to resume. I do a lot of driving on highways and country roads and use the autopilot most of the time. It is by no means useless. By the way you are obviously using the single button AP engage option as I am. If you switch settings to the double press option you will regain access to the traffic aware cruise control (TACC) on single press, which should allow cruise control to exceed any speed sign limit. Great video, Nice Job.

You should do car reviews in general. It will let your channel grow. Just rent some cars or borrow them from the dealers.

My biggest and only real complaint with my M3P, the steering wheel stitch. Instead of being on the inner ring of the wheel it's on the back edge where your fingers are constantly feeling them. I ended up purchasing an aftermarket cover and stitching it on myself with the stitch in the right location.

The moment you told us at the end of the video, that‘s the first time youre doing a review video and you have to learn a lot 😂
To be honest, the first 10 seconds of the video i thought „mhm, yeah, he nailed it“ 😂
And of course you did. The conematic and smooth moves, paired with this music is just insane.
Thank you and keep going. Love all yours vids. 😎

If I turn the wheel to change the lane with AP activated it changes to ACC. On the new lane I can activate AP again. No need of touching pedals. I have the basic AP.

I’ve got the ‘old’ 2021 model 3P, and got the new version arriving in November replacing my Audi Etron. The old one was amazing to drive, and the new just improves in every way. Sadly autopilot has got worse over my years of ownership, Europe has been neglected in capability updates and heavy on safety crackdowns making even the FSD get worse and worse. But overall, best car I’ve ever had, hence getting a new version!

The performance of a standard RWD Model3/Y (Yes, that's the 'slowest' car, Tesla makes) is more than enough to leave anything but the most powerful ICE cars in the dust. Just saying, you do not need the performance version to have more power than the average driver ever needs. The instant torque does the rest.

Did you buy it outright or lease or something??

With the long trips how is your paint holding up on the front end? I got my M3P about a week ago and there is already 3 chips on the bumper and hood. Do you have ppf? Also autopilot has sucked for me too in the US.

It isn’t Tesla’s fault that the nanny EU hobbles Autopilot software. FSD in free countries like the US is fantastic.

If anyone hasn't said it yet, I remember reading somewhere on Reddit that the FSD is capped at a certain speed limit or something like that which may explain the issues you were having but I'm not entirely sure.
