Prussia is probably the strangest nation to ever rise to the sheer level of prominence that it did in Europe. Through sheer force of will, Prussia managed to militarize itself that it was able to not only challenge, but overtake the Habsburgs in Austria, achieving victory in the War of the Austrian Succession and the Seven Years' War, bringing them into the limelight as one of the foremost Great Powers of Europe. But, what if that changed? What if Prussia never rose? Enjoy!

I think a cool idea would be what if timurs empire survived in Persia/Central Asia or if the timurids wiped out the ottomans and when he died one of his successors made a turco-Mongol nation in Anatolia/Balkans. Or you could go out there and say timur never dies on his way to China

I think with America we give too much credit to a single Prussian and not enough to the French, Polish and Spanish army leaders who brought Americans up to standards

Hello! Can't wait to see what this scenario has in offer!

Huh, this was cool. The idea of Empires still existing is interesting. Taking all of this into consideration I think what will happen is as follows:

When Stanisław becomes king Austria backs his bid at creating a stronger Polish state in order to have a buffer with Russia (the Polish partitions were Prussia's idea initially).

The Russians and Austrians duke it out into the Balkans against the Ottomans and each other as France aids the Ottomans. The French Natural Borders might still become an idea since it was written by a Prussian and Prussia might actually ally with France more after the loss against Austria.

The Ottomans might end up losing more land faster, or Britain/France would butt in and incentivize the Ottomans to create buffers (I don't know about this though).

The ideas of Liberalism, I thinl, would manifests more slowly and peacefully, with Enlightened Monarchs and such (maybe Poland becomes an inspiration if it survives). Meanwhile Nationalism, I think might manifest in the Habsburg domains, Hungary in particular, as they had rebelled even before losing statehood and becoming a part of the Austrian Empire.

In fact, I think if republicanism does come, it will be modeled after the Dutch Republic, or the Roman Republic instead of America, which might be possible with hungary if they begin to consider the Crown a tool of foreign oppression.

Italy will likely be split by France in the West and Austria in the east, similarly to how they did at the Peace of Leoben IOTL.

I imagine Naples/ Two Sicilies might become the dominant Italian state in the long run, but obviously there would be no unification.

Alternatively, if Austria does lose its Balkan holdings (primarily Hungary), and France does take more German land, then the Archduke might shift gears ti subjugating the smaller German states and simply unifying Germany into a single state, which would then cause Italy to want unification and spark a much later wave of Nationalism, once again, probably inspired by Poland too since Stanisław's constitution aimed at making a Polish state (aka a proto-nation at the time).

Certainly unrealistic for sure...

Thought this might be a good idea: What if David Lloyd George and Woodrow Wilson conspired a more moderate version of the TOV overturning most of Clemenceau’s ideas during the actual writing of the TOV however obviously including France still getting Alsace-Lorraine and some (lessened) reparations.

Cool video. But what if Emperor Charles VI didn't change the succession laws, and Saxony, Bavaria and Prussia fought for the throne of Austria?

This was a very cool scenario and I enjoyed it but I would say I think the more accurate timeline change for the collapse of prussia would actually have changed if emperor Peter III of Russia had focused more on accomplishing their goals in destroying prussia in the 7 years war rather than focusing on his claim of the title duke of huststien. (I probably spelled that wrong) this would lead the prussian defeat. And several of its generals would probably become soldiers for hire and some of them heading to America to aid in the revolution.

6:27 This is actually false, there was a bit of Silesia that Prussia was never able to take from Austria, which remains to be a part of Czechia to this day. In return for being able to keep the small Silesia, Austrians exchanged it for the county of Kladsko (known as Glatz in german), which was historically Bohemian land for an extremely long amount of time
