The Seven Years War was the original World War. And its ramifications, were many. Yet it can't be simply summed up in one video. So this is the start of a new series. One where France wins the Seven Years War, and in this case, French and Indian.

How does this change colonization? A lot. What else did you think.

This reminds me of that line “England and France are fighting over the entire world, specifically Ohio”

British: “Guys we are running out of money, we gotta end the war”
French: “Jokes on you. Government can’t say we are running out of money, if we already ran out of money years ago!”

Imagine being a Southern Rebel hiding in a forest in North Carolina hearing The British Grenadiers song getting closer and louder.

As a British man myself, I can say for sure that the plush is 100% historically accurate.

Something which expands the "What if" even more, is the idea that maybe the french revolution could have pushed nobleblooded, military men into exile. But instead of other european powers they retreat to french america. Their expertise in the new world, and more importantly at disposal to the natives is an interesting factor to consider.

I live in central Louisiana and we have an entire dialect of “Cajun” French that is still commonly spoken here We also trace our ancestry back to France.

Imagine being a confederate solider, looking up from behind your barricade, and seeing hundreds of british soldiers, flying the union jack, side by side with the Northern solders, all coming to wipe you out

You should do a video about the scenario of Québec becoming independent in the 1980 or the 1995 referendum. The relations between Québec, Canada, France and the United States should be pretty interesting to analyze.
