The only thing I can say about "The Penguin" is that I predicted a long time ago that I think this will be the best streaming series of 2024, and the 1st episode did not disappoint. I really like this one!

Art direction reminds me of Batman the Animated Series. God, I miss Kevin Conroy sooo much. November 10th will mark second anniversary of his passing. I got a voice acting background and his voice was an inspiration for me since BtAS.The vocal training was tough, without noticeable results but actors like them re a great impulse to not give up: was almost Leon in new RE games :)

Sofia is terrifying BUT I absolutely loved how Oz started laughing when he heard her scream at discovering her brother’s body. You could really see the sickness that revels in pain and violence swirling in his gut.

I'm pretty sure I heard someone calls The Penguin "Oswald" in the episode, so Oz is confirmed to be short for Oswald. Cobb, on the other hand is probably his real last name in this universe.

The makeup on Colin Farrell for The Penguin is just fucking awesome and Ign gave Agatha an 8, She Hulk a 9, and the penguin gets a 5? Yeahh that’s how you know that penguin is actually a decent show for barely having 1 episode, it’s a good start.
