For those that may not know. The Creature Commando's originally appeared a long time ago in DC's Weird War comic. All the commandos where US soldiers who had been altered and were basically decent people with a commander who was rather an a-hole. "Frankenstein" was a soldier put back together with the parts of other soldiers and was rather a softie at heart. One soldier was a vampire and cynical. A werewolf who had an unstable formula and would change without warning. The last was a (female) researcher exposed to chemicals and had snakes for air. The GI Robot later became a member of the group. sm

James Gunn can take a bunch of characters that no one really cares all that much in the comics and turn it into something interesting in movies or TV series, so I'm definitely giving this series a chance
