Template for Salesperson Commission Planning and Sensitivity Analysis

This template is a great starting point for an organization to plan out how they want to give commissions to their sales people. The outputs include commissions earned, company earnings after commissions and COGS, as well as margin rate comparisons at up to 5 revenue/gross profit tiers.

Good video but would have been more helpful if you showed how to create a sensitivity analysis using the excel tool.
