Part 3 of the Sales compensation Series with the Quota attainment method is finally here!

Now that we’ve laid the foundation for a sales commission plan, I’m moving on to the next and final stage of determining the commission payouts based on the quota attainment method.

Here we are using the sales compensation template by Time Saving Templates to compute employees’ sales commission payouts. This incentive plan illustrates how to develop an annual program that rewards participants with monthly or quarterly commissions as they achieve their sales targets.

I’ve watched all 3 parts and this is by far the best template and resource on sales commissions on YouTube. All the videos I’ve come across are flat commissions.

I just purchased this course and I’m looking forward to templates for multiple product lines and other templates such as, sales commission pay for performance analysis, quota analysis, pay curve, compensation effectiveness models, and cost models.
