Anxiety is a common problem for many people.

I have implemented these foods into my diet recently and noticed a significant reduction in my anxiety and stress levels!

1. Chamomile - Chamomile is an herb that may help reduce anxiety.
2. Almonds: Almonds provide a significant amount of vitamin E, which has been studied for its role in anxiety prevention

There are many other foods that have been proven to help reduce anxiety.

My mom always drinks Green Tea and my dad always drinks Camomile Tea. I will try drinking both teas and also eating a handful of almonds each day.

Thank you very good to know all this.. I’m a big tea drinker. I have heard chamomile helps I drink it it helps a bit.. thank you good to know that dark chocolate which I eat also helps to as well as bananas and blueberries and almonds because I have bad severe anxiety as well especially when I’m driving. Let me ask you a question what foods do you think we should avoid that would trigger our anxiety? I do wonder

Just got into tea for colds flu but going to try that one and love almonds now and a few others just need to have them on stock now more

I am impressed at this I will try this out personally I only avoid things I am super scared Of any new food I would say 80% of The time when I try new foods I will panick camomile I say it weirdly dont Know I am kinda scared to try But I will I dont drink tea but I will try Thank You As always for Your videos
