I’ll actually feel flattered if a woman approaches me. It also just proves to me that she really likes me that much so it puts me at a ease that I don’t have to try too hard to woo her. But it is more of a push and pull dynamic for me. Men will still chase even when the woman makes the first move.

I’m not a fan of the idea of women (who want traditionally, and healthy masculine men) approaching men. However, the way in which you break these “rules” matter.

The times that I’ve approached men first is when I’ve come to them asking their opinion on something or if I needed help. It wasn’t a contrived thing.

It’s important to carry a certain mindset and essence to attract the people you want. It works better in the long-term rather than trying to apply rules and behaviors that aren’t really “you”, and you have to think so much about in the moment.

Take man and woman off of it and the energies still operate this way. If you’re a woman who prefers to rest more in her feminine then you are more on the receptive end because that is the feminine energy without the social conditioning of “woman” that is how feminine energy flows regardless. Masculine energy outside of the social construct of “man” is an action driven energy. Both men and women have both. We have to remember 1. These energies have a way of operating despite our social constructs of man and woman and two men and women embody both and we have the choice of which we want to embody the most. Feminine is not always pink, roses and glitter but for some that is a creative expression of it, divine feminine can also show up as building a house, playing a sport, the define feminine is a creative energy regardless of who is doing it man or woman. When you are creating you are in your divine feminine. So we also can switch. It is never one or the other all the time.
Also at times we also can exhibit unbalanced or wounded masculine and feminine energies which is usually cause by traumas and social conditioning. A wounded feminine doesn’t listen to intuition,
Also in this video she’s exhibiting some traits of masculine energy such as decision. She’s deciding to allow a man to approach, her feminine energy is not the “soft, wearing pink, being kind and pretty” this concept can be dangerous as it can lead to performative femininity. Her feminine energy is actually her being intuitive, looking for signs and signals in the man that speak to her to know if he is genuine.

I am a man and I do not agree with this lady's poor knowledge of men.
A. You should try to make the first move; most of the time men are either too shy, or uninterested, to make the fist move. Or they are worrying whether you feel the same way.
B. Pausing before you talk to us would do little; we probably wouldn't notice obvious flirting, let alone something so small.
