How to fix google chrome won't open up, can't start, is not launching type issues.

This video will show you how to fix the google chrome's not running issue on windows platform. I will show you 5 different approaches to fix the chrome issue at windows platform.
1st approach : Fix the chrome not running issue through task manager
2nd approach : Fix the issue by making a minor change in chrome properties section
3rd approach : Fix the issue by making some changes in chrome security tab
4th approach : Fix the issue by renaming the Default folder to Backup Default
