How to fix google chrome untitled blank page

When I try to access a web site through Google Chrome. Doesn't work in any way. It’s showing google chrome untitled and a blank page. I have tried to enter many web sites. But it doesn't work
Let's see how to fix it
Now close the Google Chrome browser. Right-click on the Google Chrome icon. Then go to properties. Inside the shortcut tab. Here rename the text with Add -no-sandbox. Then click Apply. Then click the OK button. Then restart your computer.

There's a recent issue with good local state file ...if this steps didn't worked out for you then follow below steps....
1 ) open run
2) type %localappdata%
3)open Google folder
4) open chrome folder
5) then open user data and search for local state file
6) delete the local state
Now open Google Chrome again and check if its working now

When i add -no-sandbox and click apply a widow pops up saying: the name "the name here" specified in the target box is not valid, make sure the path and file name are correct

I just had this issue. I was trying to figure it out. I did the delete user but it didn't let me do the other settings since it was greyed out so I looked on system update. I did that and it fixed it on my PC. Hope that helps you out.

If you guys are having this issue and even your settings inside of chrome are blank it's because you previously perhaps changed the file's name so try your best to get rid of it.

i cant rename that shortcut or whatever since it says that is incorrect or something like that and nothing helps me i watched like 7 vids and people in comments told something that should help but nothing does anyone have another way il be very thankfull since im trying to download this map in minecraft called seaside but its just blank so im kinda mad

When after accesing study webiste in which i have taken a course for study.. while i am listening classes or staying in that website for sometime then automatically google page loading and jumps to google page..if i remove that then whatever website i opened it will close...like this many times happening....please give suggestion to solve this issue...i am using windows 7
