Google Chrome not opening Windows 10

When I try to open Google Chrome, it doesn't open at all. Now right click on the Google Chrome icon. Then click on Open the file location. Here you need to rename the Google Chrome icon. Right-click on the Google Chrome icon. Then click on Rename. Add anything to the name of Google Chrome. I added one. Then click the mouse anywhere on the outside. Then right-click on the Google Chrome icon.
Click the Send to Desktop shortcut. Now there is two Google Chrome icon on the desktop. Delete the old Google Chrome shortcut here. Then restart your computer.
