Post up game is so handy. I just recently went to the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame and at the end of the trip there is a basketball court. So many kids take a ball and just run to the three point line. Before you get out there, you should try and master all the different shots from the paint. It helped me out so much as a kid to be taught to play inside out.

This def helpful im playing a coworker 1 on 1 during breaks and i get confused on what to do when i get near the low post i usually do a spin jump shot but he caught on and is making me miss shots, had no clue there were many diff ways to try to out shake your opponent ty for advice i plan on practicing these 5 moves when i am buy myself

I think that's a travel in 3:03 since you move your two feet before pouding the ball. But, nonetheless, your footwork is off the charts! I love it!
