higher calories for kids is better as kids get their energy from calories. although less calories seems healthier for adults they tend to forget that kids are more energy and so need more calories. if kids eat to satisfy their calories needs, lunchly will be worse . since lunchables and lunchly both target kids, lunchables would win in terms of which gives a kid more energy
