I remember in elementary school being jealous of other kids with lunchables not realizing how good I had it with my mom making my lunches with real food. Thanks, Mom!

Instructions are clear.
Avoid both.
Thanks doc.

Lunchly is "healthier" than Lunchables is like saying drinking 23 beers a week is healthier than drinking 24. Technically that's right. Great video (as always!)

Adding meaningful discourse without overtly attacking someone is so difficult to do. I think Doc really did a wonderful job with this one. It's a video that makes you think. One that highlights the importance of taking things with a grain of salt.

such an important lesson for consumers to learn! "healthier" does not mean "HEALTHY"!

I love you use words like “often, ” or “everyday, ” to prove it’s ok to treat yourself to unhealthy foods every once in a while :)

Being from Italy I can’t really fathom there could be a discussion about this. That’s a not meal, not matter how you think about it, that’s feeding your kids with trash.

I'm from Chile, South America. It really surprises me how people in the United States are so used to eating processed food for breakfast or lunch. I am grateful to have had a mother who was used to healthy food, there is always fruit at home and we don't even drink soda or processed juices.

It’s refreshing to hear a non-biased and more open-minded stance on this topic.
Thanks Mike!

As somebody who has never heard of this product and is not at all the target audience, I am now very well informed on Lunchly. Thank you Mike.

Dr Mike is not attacking them nor trying to ruin their careers he is just pointing out facts and what’s wrong and correct.

I like what one of the replies said. “Doing this for the money in your wallet instead of your fans’ health” is just sickening to me. It’s gotten to the point where YouTubers are just getting desperate for kids to buy their products.

And Mike, you went over this perfectly. Keep it up Dr! ❤

"its not about nitpicking, its about being reasonable and honest" is such a good quote. this is why i also dislike health gurus throwing around words and terms all carelessly

I really appreciate having someone professionally qualified who isn't afraid to post unbiased facts about things that are harmful.

One major issue I don’t see being brought up enough is that due to the involvement of these popular influencers, kids who had never eaten lunchables will beg their parents to have lunchly like their peers. So many kids who would not regularly have Gatorade or hersheys would line up for prime or feastables just to be cool in front of their peers. Influencers are very powerful on young minds (I know so for myself; remember fidget spinners?)
