Worst part is that I've heard people say "cheese is supposed to have mold". As a swissman, the mold in your average cheese is penicillium, a type of mushroom, the same thats in penicillin. its completely edible and healthy. This shit will send you to hospital however, it's straight up just moldy mold

Also just gonna mention the obvious: preservatives is often used as a buzzword like "chemicals". They're obviously not all toxic and do help the food last longer. Some are unhealthy, most are fine.
It's like pasteurized milk, cured meat (which lunchly doesn't have) or simply dried and sealed. Eating unprocessed foods isn't always the best because historically there is a reason somebody invented the process.
