I'm 39, and I just had a baby.
Before pregnancy everyone thought I was 25, because I ate all organic and took supplements and herbal medicine most of my life. I was also a dancer and always active. After pregnancy, I look my age. I'm flabby, I don't fit in my old clothes my face looks older I have a double chin. It's so hard to deal with. My husband is 11 years younger than me so I feel even more insecure than ever 😩 I have to start moving more. I am breast feeding on demand so I can't go to the gym...Im 8 month post partum, so exhausted and feeling yucky...I want to have more kids, i started a bit late I hope I can get healthy and feel good again
