Really, Wales is under labour and what a disaster that is. With the added benefit if you have an emergency you can drive at 20 mph to get to the hospital.

How may doctors and nurses do we need, per 1 million people. In other words, how many would we have to pay for just to account for the 1, 000, 000 expected this year alone.
Under this socialist government, we would have to hire that many every year, just to stay under staffed. Labour will be worse

Didnt hear how much it would cost then. (Non doms wont be around for much longer, so much for Plan A)
Actually Starmer has said money is not the issue, its about technology being the game changer. And the NHS has such a succesful track record in technology projects, the succesful one I list below:

his reforms wont work unless ALL NHS trusts are scrapped & have one central management structure. Also give patients a budget where they can go anywhere. Ie told need hip operation & NHS cost is say £6, 000, you can take that £6, 000 to private sector & pay the difference. ALSO need to STOP NON UK residents getting NHS care, make them pay

Gross inequalities? He has no idea. No point in setting targets for ambulances etc, they won’t be able to go to collect patients from ltn areas. Will they have to park on main roads and collect them by wheelbarrow before they get back to the ambulance. The man’s a fool.

So, if the 1.6Bn is for the staff....where does the extra money come from for all the other bits you need to do ?

Where's the Reform! When are we going to stop spending money in the NHS on areas that do not provide front-line services and spend it on the things that matter. There always seems to be plenty of money for Ads and other Corporate interests other than providing the Care that They are paid to provide!

Analog to digital? I think the real one is digital to A.I.

£1.6Bn doesn't even scratch the surface of what they need to invest in the NHS. Perhaps they should stop letting those from other countries who have never contributed a penny to the country having access to the NHS, they're not supposed to now, but there millions of health tourists and lets not forget the 100's of thousands of immigrants that are given NHS treatment. Labour never learn, in the 1970's they were confident that the rich wouldn't leave the country even though personal income tax hit 83%, and guess what the rich fled in droves, if they think non doms will stay they are incredibly stupid or naive.
