In fact, we have seen a number of players in recent years who have really dug their heels into the ground as they pushed their way out of town—only to have it go south on them in a big way.

Watson doesn't want to play for the Texans he's had enough. Slavery ended in 1865. He will sit out injured when he gets injured and let the back ups play. When a person's heart isn't in it you will gain nothing. Breaking someone's spirit isn't going to win you a thing. A player can just leave the game play for the USFL or CFL with full pockets. Of course it was worth it for AB. He won a ring and is now written into the history of the NFL.
