This is post-library River, so she's already spent 24 years with the Doctor on Darilium. She knows about all his other companions, so she's shocked to meet one he didn't tell her about. Little does she know that he didn't mention Clara because he didn't remember her.

Also, the bit where River says she made him tell her his name also has significance post-library. River apologized before whispering the Doctor's name in his ear. In revealing that she knows his name right when he first meets her, it became a fixed fact that he had to tell her his name at some point in his future, even if it took a while in his timeline before he told it to a younger River.
