8. Wasted weekends - Rest you mind, but don't use your weekend as an escape from your ambition.
9. Timed blocks - Be disciplined about breaking up your day day into productive chunks.
10. Boost your glucose - Boost your energy by consuming natural sugar.
11. Shrink celebrations - Prolonged celebrations will shrink your motivation and severely diminish motivation.
12. Obey your calendar - Write all your goals on one calendar with a concise overview of every day, week, and month.
