Packaging LITERALLY says what it is. a WIFI ON OFF device. I don't read foreign languages but it probably says it is for use as a wall plug and can be controlled by your phone.

I always wait for sales on things like that. I have Hue bulbs, but the switches work well on holiday lights. I bought an Amazon branded plug for five dollars. When the first Belkin smart plugs came out they were like 70 bucks.
