How to Fix Invalid File Format Youtube

This works for Screenflow, iMovie, Final Cut, Premiere, Camtasia, etc.

If you are editing your videos, you need to upload the finished video file. But it's easy to make a mistake and try to upload the project file from your editing software. This is common if you're a newbie, but I've been editing for 20 years and I just recently made this mistake.

YouTube won't let you upload your file unless it's a movie file. So you need to export a movie file from your video editing software and upload that file to YouTube.

I always convert my videos to .mov which it says it allows, and mostly it does, but recently I can't upload anything because it just says invalid file format. I tried to upload a video I uploaded before, successfully and it wouldn't let me do it either. Any ideas what I can do?

yes but when i try to export it it either says i need to buy the premium version of the program or i have to export it with watermark which i dont want at all :(
Do you think there is any solution or i have to buy the premium?(I made the video on wondershare filmora)
