After adding some overland upgrades, Cody Busch takes the Ford Bronco to the 2023 Overland Adventure. We find a couple weak points on the trail so it’s back to Wood’s Offroad in San Marcos, CA where Christian Hazel and Johnny Wood add some final parts to make this Bronco a trail capable overlander.

Those full sized broncos are great and that twin traction beam axle is more capable than most think. Great episode!

Spends around 1000$ on Deaver leaf springs. Yet reused the old bolts and shackles that may cost 100$ total

There is supposed to be a bolt and bracket that hold the upper part of the coil spring in place, should never fall out if its there.

6M probably want to know: Why did you use the Old bushings when you put in the new rear springs?(The rest didn't care..probably).The rubber was cracked and with the flex to come, won't last long.
