To keep it from inflating like a balloon. That's why you put gorilla tape inside the tires before it's installed so it wouldn't balloon

This was my most frustrating issue when i first got the Maxx. I went through tires like crazy the first month. I was blowing tires every run.😂. The stock maxx tires are BUNS, gotta get proline badlands. Been over two years of bashing with the same prolines and they haven't given out, bought one set and haven't had to buy another since

I never realized something like this could happen IRL... Now of course it happening in a game I play was the same, just the tires ended up phasing through my fenders.
